They maintain different temperatures and humidity for different types of food products. There is also a separate chamber for shock freezing of meat, vegetables, fruits and bakery products. Shock freezing allows you to deliver bakery products to your table hot. This innovation allows you to warm up bread, buns, croissant in the oven in a matter of minutes.
